SingleOps has streamlined this within the “Job Management” tab (green arrow) of the mobile application. Here, you have access to all your previous and current customers, as well as potential leads, along with their email address and mobile phone number.

Experience Virtually Effortless Client Filtering

As your business continues to grow through the implementation of SingleOps, the ability to contact everyone in this database can be an extremely useful tool to highlight new services, price changes, company updates, and much more. The software allows you to specify exactly which group of customers receive the email with available filters based on the job description. For example, if you want to send an email to all previous customers for turf care about a new product, just select the filters within the “Job Management” tab and apply.

SingleOps allows you to send either an email or text message with this function to reach your clients as efficiently as possible. To create a new email or text message template simply click on the “admin” tab and select “create new email or text message template.”

Communication is Key: Grow your Business!

This capability is a hidden gem within the software and is potentially being underutilized. The SingleOps CRM is an extremely powerful tool when used to its full capacity, and this is just one of the many of the features that makes the product special. However, with great power comes great responsibility, so be careful when using the function for direct communication with your clients.

As you’re planning how to use our batch email functionality, please be aware that you should not use SingleOps for pure marketing emails. Marketing emails are emails not directly associated with work for the client. So, do not use SingleOps to solicit for new leads or ask for referrals. Instead, only email about work previously discussed with the client. Please use an email marketing tool like MailChimp or Constant Contact to send emails like these. You can export your customer and contact list from the clients page to get a list of emails for these services.
