One of the many things SingleOps makes easier for your field service company is creating proposals to send to your clients. Our software gives you the ability to craft and customize your proposal all in one place and communicate it through email or text message. This eliminates countless pieces of paper to keep track of and streamlines the process for your clients.
This software was designed to make it as simple as possible for you to disseminate all the necessary information for a job directly to your clients through the application. To begin, you can select “Create Proposal” or “Create Active Job.” For this example, I’ll be using “Create Active Job,” but the interface is the same for both. When the active job is saved, it will export directly to your calendar for the assigned crews to view.
Once in the interface you can begin to craft your proposal. If it’s a customer already in your database, you can type in the name and SingleOps will autofill the address. Our sync to Google Maps allows you to view the location from either a map or satellite perspective. Furthermore, it allows you to zoom in on the job site itself and drop pins on important locations around the property. In this case, you’ll see exactly where the tree is that needs to be cut down so crews know exactly where to go when they arrive.

Full transparency between you and your customers
Transparency is so important in the world of business and we understand how vital that is to your success in the green industry. By laying out all of this important information in one electronic file you don’t have to worry about any more last-minute complaints. This will not only make your life easier, but also continue to develop a sense of trust between you and your clients that keeps them coming back for more.
Pricing of your products and services on the go
The pricing can be adjusted in the active job based on what you charge for each service and what your margin is. Furthermore, if you want to add more products and services to the job simply click add item. You can also add notes for the crew, administration, and client in this section to give any last-minute information.

- Create new inventory items for one off jobs
- Customizable for any green industry product
Generate custom tags to make sure your crew has everything they need
In order to make sure absolutely nothing is left untouched, SingleOps has the ability to generate and select custom tags for equipment, warnings, and other important information about the job. These tags will automatically show up under the job once it’s on the calendar and be available to your crews immediately. This also helps to make sure no pieces of important equipment, such as your crane, are double booked on a day.
Time for the easy part: Email it right to your customer!
Once you’ve reviewed everything you put on the proposal it’s time to get it in front of your client. SingleOps makes this extremely easy with our standard proposal email template. This can be found in the “Active Jobs” tab where you can message the client the entire proposal. Your message will include the estimate, map with pins, cost breakdown, company information, and contract. Your client can accept and pay the bill electronically as soon as they receive it. Once it is sent your crew will be able to access the receipt in their calendar under the job.
Our main goal is to help green industry professionals grow their business and professionally designed proposals are a key to that. It leaves your customers feeling confident and allows your crews to be consistent for every job. The method of delivering all your information electronically coupled with a streamlined online payment system allows for no paper waste and much happier customers. SingleOps helps save you time and money this way allowing for improvements on all sides of the business.
